Conscious breathing and movement techniques enable individuals to tap into their calming reflex by increasing vagal tone and heart rate variability, while guided meditations can help foster more self-regulation and resiliency by helping you approach your everyday experiences from a place of awareness, compassion, and agency.

Shital uses breathwork to help you learn how to breathe, move, and meditate more mindfully while addressing specific issues such as:

  • Manage high levels of stress and anxiety
  • Sleep issues
  • Emotional and physical imbalances among others.
