Through guided reflection, discussion, and practical exercises, you’ll learn how to harness these concepts. We will also be defining and nuancing these terms so as not to fall into the trap of toxic positivity.

This workshop will adopt a trauma-informed approach and will aim to create a safer and supportive space to explore authentic ways of navigating challenges while fostering emotional well-being. You’ll walk away with simple, sustainable practices to integrate into your daily life—helping you move forward with greater self-kindness and strength.
