Jamie is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in School and Applied Child Psychology at McGill University. With a strong academic foundation and a deep commitment to her field, Jamie is dedicated to understanding and supporting the psychological well-being of children and adolescents.

Passion for Holistic Well-being

Jamie’s passion lies in raising awareness about the multitude of approaches available to achieve holistic well-being. She believes that well-being is multifaceted, encompassing emotional, mental, physical, and social health. Jamie is committed to promoting a comprehensive understanding of well-being that includes traditional psychological methods as well as alternative and integrative practices.

​Jamie’s academic interests are centered on child psychology and development. Her research is focused on examining the quality of scientific evidence which informs psychological and educational interventions. Jamie is particularly interested in how early interventions can promote resilience and well-being in children facing challenges.

Looking ahead, Jamie aims to integrate her diverse experiences and knowledge into her professional practice. She envisions a career where she can offer comprehensive psychological services that address all aspects of well-being. Jamie is committed to continuing her education and staying abreast of the latest research to provide the best possible care to her clients.
