Lea is a compassionate and dedicated social worker with a Master’s in Social Work and a Bachelor’s in Psychology. She believes that “every human life is inherently valuable” and is committed to creating a safe, supportive space where individuals feel heard, respected, and empowered to thrive.

Through her non-judgmental and empathetic therapeutic style, Lea creates a safe and respectful space for healing. Drawing from evidence-based techniques such as trauma-informed therapy, narrative therapy, strengths-based therapy, humanistic therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), she personalizes her methods to support each individual’s journey effectively.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Moncton University 

Master’s Degree in Social Work from Moncton University, New Brunswick

Member of the Ordre des travailleurs sociaux et des thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux du Québec (OTSTCFQ)

​

Lea is currently working under the guidance of Nadja Grabovari, MA, psychologist. Receipts will be issued in her name and will bear her supervisor's signature.
