Marina Crosbie is an empathetic and skilled art therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, burnout, and life transitions. She also specializes in fostering self-esteem, navigating loss and grief, and guiding clients through identity exploration and self-discovery.

Approach

The foundations of Marina’s approach are grounded in creativity, mindfulness, self-compassion and curiosity. Through creative processes such as artmaking and writing, clients are encouraged to unlock deeper insights, access their intuition, and engage with their inner world. No prior art experience is necessary, only a willingness to explore and trust the process. She can facilitate emotional processing and self-expression through creativity.
