The Circle of Wellness Montreal offers a variety of psychological services, including individual, couple and family therapy, counselling for pre-teens and teens, career counselling, and art therapy. We are currently offering online appointments.



Individual therapy is a process between you and your therapist to help you navigate the obstacles, provide support with issues that are hard to face alone.

We work with a wide range of emotional and behavioural issues providing therapy for depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and career transition to grief counselling, parenting support, and anger management among others. 


Couple therapy helps people involved in a romantic relationship gain insight into their relationship, build intimacy, resolve conflict, improve and restore the emotional connection overall.

Using a variety of approaches such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), your therapist will assist you and your partner in helping gain insight into the relationship unhelpful patterns.

Communicating effectively on both parts can alleviate emotional anxiety, and identity the unmet needs for closeness and longing which are hidden under anger, defensive behaviours.

Art Therapy

Art therapy is a form of psychotherapy that utilizes the creative process of making art to enhance emotional, mental, and physical well-being. In art therapy, individuals, often guided by a trained art therapist, use various art materials and techniques to express themselves and explore their thoughts and feelings. The emphasis is not on creating “artistic” masterpieces but on the process of self-discovery and personal expression.

She is a licensed psychologist with over 15 years of professional experience specializing in individual, couple, and family therapy. She received her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from McGill University.

Having graduated with a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from McGill University, Carolanne is a registered Social Worker from the Order of Social Work of Quebec (OTSTCFQ).
